Grasshoppers Parent/Baby Group (12-24 months)

They’re creeping, they’re crawling, they’re cruising…This group provides a welcoming and informal space for parents to connect and play with their crawlers and new walkers. The meetings are a mix of unstructured playtime, facilitated discussion and guest speakers, based on the interests of the group. As the little ones crawl and explore their growing world, the bigger ones will have the chance to socialize, share and reflect on the adventure that is parenthood. Please bring along your toys, songs and topics of interest.

Ages: Babies in this group range from beginning crawlers to walkers (approximately 12-24 months).

Meeting Time: Meets every Friday from 10:00am-11:15am.

Fees:

• Members: Group attendance is FREE for Happy Bambino Members.
• Non-Members: You do not need to be a member to attend groups. You may instead choose to pay the $5 per group fee. Or you may purchase a package of group passes - 5 for $20- or - 10 for $30.
• First group: Non-members are welcome to attend their first meeting of any particular group at no charge - before committing to a membership or paying the group attendance fee.

Kristina has been a regular at the parenting groups at Happy Bambino and liked it so much she decided to work here! She has a little girl who turned one in April and is really loving the roller coaster of parenting a little one. Kristina is also a career consultant with a Masters in Counseling Psychology who especially enjoys working with people going through transition and re-formating resumes (she is a self proclaimed resume junkie). She loves video games (especially Guitar Hero), sewing when she gets the chance, and watching Law and Order with her husband Nate.
